Ayurvedic Head Massage | hair & scalp rejuvenation

A favourite among our members, the Ayurvedic Head Massage rejuvenates the scalp and gives lustre and thickness for thicker, longer hair. This ancient therapy greatly reduces stress, anxiety and quiets the mind for deep relaxation, clarity and happiness. Other benefits include lymphatic drainage, brighter complexion, improved circulation, increased oxygen supply and removal of toxins from the head and neck area. The herbal oils,  massage, and pressure point stimulation opens blocks to allow for deeper breathing, release of tension, triggering the release of endorphins for feelings of contentment and joy. Karna Purnam

This therapy consists of filling up the ears with warm, medicated oil along with massage of the neck, jaw, face and scalp. Karna Purnam is a soothing and comforting treatment for your ears and state of mind, because of the connection between the ear and the Vata dosha, which pertains to the ether and air element we all have, within.From a physiological perspective, the small bones in the inner ear, called ossicles, stimulate nerve endings, transmitting signals to the brain. If these inner bones dry out, it compromises the functionality of the sense of hearing.

You will relax and awaken from head to toe, with warm, customized oils rhythmically massaged into your body. The synchronized dance of movement and oil clears and opening for the removal of obstructions in the body channels, flushing wastes and toxins from your system. As your body type is unique, oil combinations are traditionally blended to meet your special needs.
